A leading firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its established and highly regarded Real Estate Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of the largest real estate practices in the region, advising a broad client base including institutional lenders, developers, investors, and commercial property stakeholders.

You will work alongside experienced partners and colleagues on high-quality, complex real estate finance and transactional matters.

\nThe Role\n
\n

You will advise both lender and borrower clients on a wide range of real estate finance transactions, alongside broader commercial property work.

\n

Key responsibilities include:

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Acting on property and development finance transactions for institutional lenders.

    • \n
  • \n

    Advising borrowers on secured lending arrangements.

    • \n
  • \n

    Acting on both separately and jointly represented transactions.

    • \n
  • \n

    Supporting acquisitions, disposals, and wider transactional property matters.

    • \n
  • \n

    Advising on landlord and tenant issues.

    • \n
  • \n

    Conducting due diligence and title investigations.

    • \n
  • \n

    Liaising with lenders, clients, agents, and other advisers.

    • \n
  • \n

    Managing transactions efficiently within tight deadlines.

    • \n
  • \n

    Delivering high-quality technical advice and client service.

    • \n

\nThe Candidate\n
\n

A minimum of 2 years' PQE in real estate finance or commercial property is required.

\n

Experience may include:

    \n
  • \n

    Property and development finance.

    • \n
  • \n

    Acting for institutional lenders and/or borrowers.

    • \n
  • \n

    Commercial acquisitions and disposals.

    • \n
  • \n

    Landlord and tenant matters.

    • \n
  • \n

    General transactional real estate work.

    • \n

You will demonstrate:
