Salary: £40,000 £58,101 per annum + up to £5,000 bonus
Service: 23 bed childrens residential homes

- Registered Manager of a 23 bed childrens residential home \n
- Responsible for day-to-day running of the home and overall service delivery \n
- Ensure full compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards \n
- Lead, supervise, and develop a small residential staff team \n
- Maintain high safeguarding standards at all times \n
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and placement stability \n
- Manage staffing, rotas, budgets, and service performance \n
- Build strong relationships with external professionals and agencies \n
- Drive continuous improvement and positive Ofsted outcomes \n
- \n
- Must be a car driver (essential) \n
- Minimum 5 years experience in residential childrens care \n
- Level 4/5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent/higher) \n
- Experienced Registered Manager OR very strong Deputy Manager ready to step up \n
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted frameworks \n
- Confident leader with proven staff management experience \n
- Calm, resilient, and able to handle challenging situations effectively \n
- Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people \n
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills \n
