MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Cranbrook, Kent to recruit an Orthodontist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Flexible start date.
\n
• Notice periods are considered.
\n
• Part‑time position, 1 day per week.
\n
• Orthodontist required Fridays 8‑2pm.
\n
• Permanent Orthodontist position (self‑employed).
\n
• Position is available due to growth.
\n

Remuneration\n

\n
• Clinicians will be paid a 50% split on revenue.
\n
• 50/50 shared cost on lab bills.
\n
• Orthodontist will build a list of Children’s and Adult Orthodontics.
\n
• Orthodontist will be working with internal and external referrals.
\n
• Clinician will handle new cases only.
\n
• Practice will consider a GDC Registered Specialist or an experienced DWSI.
\n

Practice Overview\n

\n
• Specialist referral practice.
\n
• Practice already accepts referrals for Endodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Implants, Invisalign, and Facial Aesthetics.
\n
• Fully Private 5‑surgery dental practice.
\n
• Computerised with Digital X‑Rays, CBCT and Intraoral Scanners.
\n
• Dentist will benefit from a full‑time Practice Manager, team of Hygienists, qualified Nurse and an experienced reception team.
\n
• Practice is situated on the Kent/East Sussex border.
\n

Essential Requirements\n

\n
• GDC Registered Dentist.
\n
• Enhanced DBS Certificate.
\n
• Current experience offering Orthodontics on a Specialist or DWSI basis.
\n
• Postgraduate qualifications in Orthodontics.
\n
