Bright Young Futures is a residential care provider supporting children and young people aged 8–17. We currently operate a well-established home in the Ilford area and are proud to be expanding with a newly registered home.

We are currently looking for a Children'sResidential Support Worker able to work in the Ilford area. This role provides immense job satisfaction working with a range of professionals and directly creating positive outcomes for the young people you’ll support.

Working Hours: Full-time, shift-based role on a rolling rota (Mon–Sun)

  • Day shifts: 8:00am – 8:30pm
  • \n
  • Waking Night shifts: 8:00pm – 8:30am
  • \n
\n

\n

Essential:

\n
    \n
  • Minimum 1 yearexperienceworking with children or young people (care, support, or education setting)
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • \n
  • Ability to advocate for young people and promote their wellbeing
  • \n
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to safeguarding practices
  • \n
\n

Desirable:

  • Experience in residential childcare
  • \n
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • \n
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • \n
\n
