OUR CLIENT- A HIGHLY REGARDED ACCOUNTANCY FIRM SEEKS TO RECRUIT AN EXPERIENCED PAYROLL SPECIALIST TO JOIN THEIR GROWING AND SUCCESSFUL TEAM.

YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE BROAD UK PAYROLL EXPERIENCE- END TO END, IDEALLY GAINED FROM ANOTHER UK ACCOUNTANCY FIRM OR PAYROLL PROVIDER.

\n


\n

Strong team working, organisational and client skills essential.

\n


\n

• Manage client payrolls using Sage Payroll and Xero Payroll.

\n

• Be responsible for compliance with payroll regulations, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of statutory returns.

\n

• Build strong client relationships by providing clear, professional support on payroll matters.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n


\n

Payroll Processing:

\n

• Accurately process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for multiple clients. • Maintain payroll schedules and manage client-specific requirements. Compliance & reporting: • Submit RTI (Real-Time Information) reports to HMRC.

\n

• Handle year-end payroll tasks, including P60s, P45s, and P11Ds. • Manage pension auto-enrolment, including assessments and submissions to providers. Client Support and Communication:

\n

• Act as the first point of contact for client payroll queries.

\n

• Advise clients on changes in payroll legislation and statutory requirements.

\n

• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR.

\n

• Process new starters, leavers, and employee data changes. • Contribute ideas to enhance payroll systems and processes.

\n

• Stay updated on payroll legislation and industry trends.

\n
