Property Manager

Property Manager | Edinburgh | £32,500 - £34,000

We're looking for a proactive Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio, managing landlord and tenant relationships from move-in to move-out.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties end-to-end
\n
• Act as the main contact for landlords and tenants
\n
• Coordinate maintenance and contractors via Fixflo
\n
• Conduct property inspections and maintain accurate records
\n
• Ensure compliance with safety certificates and renewals
\n
• Manage rent arrears and resolve issues professionally
\n

About You

\n
• Experience in property management, lettings, or a similar client-facing role
\n
• Knowledge of the Scottish private rented sector and relevant legislation
\n
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
\n
• Able to manage multiple priorities and make decisions confidently
\n
• Full UK driving licence required
\n
• Professional, results-driven, and proactive approach to work
\n
