\n - Sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties
\n - Mortgages and re-mortgages
\n - Transfer of equity
\n - Leasehold enfranchisement
\n
\n
About the role:
\n
\n - Must be either a solicitor or licensed conveyancer
\n - Working under the Head of Department
\n - Full time
\n - Office based
\n - On site parking available
\n - LEAP case management
\n
\n
