Property Litigation Paralegal role in London. \n
\n My Client is seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal with at least 1 year's experience to join the team. \n
\n The department acts for landlords and tenants in commercial and residential contentious property issues, including in enfranchisement.\n
\n You will assist the team across a range of Property Litigation matters to include lease renewals, break options, dilapidations, applications for consent to assign/sublet, recovery of rent arrears, forfeiture, trespass, property related insolvency and contentious issues around telecommunications equipment etc. \n
\n This is a full-time, permanent position, with a salary up to £36k and hybrid working is available.\n
