The Role
\n From a recruitment perspective, this position offers exposure to a broad range of contentious matters, including:

• Managing a mixed caseload of civil and commercial litigation
\n
• Advising on contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, and general commercial matters
\n
• Handling cases from pre-action stage through to trial or settlement
\n
• Drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements, and settlement agreements
\n
• Advising clients on alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation
\n
• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering clear, commercially focused advice
\n

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation or dispute resolution

• Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
