Academics is working with a range of welcoming secondary schools across the Doncaster area and is looking to recruit enthusiastic and reliable teachers to support schools on a temporary supply basis.

• Deliver engaging lessons across your specialist subject and, where required, general cover.
\n
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
\n
• Adapt quickly to different school environments.
\n
• Follow school policies and procedures.
\n
• Provide a positive learning experience for students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 where applicable).
\n

• Competitive daily pay of £140 to £225 per day (inclusive of holiday pay), dependent upon experience, qualifications, subject specialism, and the client.
\n
• Flexible working to suit your availability.
\n
• Opportunities to work in a variety of secondary schools across Doncaster.

• Ongoing support from a dedicated Academics consultant.
\n
• Opportunities for long-term and potential permanent roles.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
\n
• Previous experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
\n
• A current Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new Enhanced DBS check.
\n
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
\n
• The right to work in the UK.
\n
