\n Clinics of North Texas is seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Counselor to join our growing, physician-owned multi-specialty clinic. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong support from primary care and specialty providers.\n
\n\n Position Overview:\n
\n The Mental Health Counselor will provide high-quality mental health services to patients of all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of behavioral health conditions. This role plays a key part in supporting whole-person care within our integrated clinic setting.\n

\n Schedule:\n
\n Monday – Friday | Full-Time | No weekends\n

\n Responsibilities:\n
\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans \n
- Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling \n
- Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for coordinated care \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR \n
- Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies \n
\n Qualifications:\n
\n- \n
- Licensed in Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) \n
- Strong clinical assessment and counseling skills \n
- Excellent communication and documentation skills \n
