What Youll Do
\n- \n
- Lead and mentor your care team, including APCs and nurses, providing guidance while letting them do their best work. \n
- Serve as the first point of referral for your APCs and perform regular chart reviews, collaborating frequently to determine the best care strategies. \n
- Conduct physical exams to evaluate health and diagnose conditions. \n
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging. \n
- Develop, initiate, and adjust treatment plans tailored to each patient. \n
- Prescribe and dispense medications. \n
- Document patient information and maintain accurate electronic medical recordsdone efficiently with built-in time, without worrying about after-hours catch-up. \n
- Educate and counsel patients and families on health problems, treatment plans, home care, and preventive strategies. \n
- Request consultations or referrals with other providers as needed. \n
- Stay up to date on the latest medical research and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement and supporting research projects. \n

\nWhat Were Looking For

- Board-Certified Family Practice physician \n
- Licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin \n
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred \n
