\nPediatric Physician Bethel, Alaska
Starting Salary: $396,596*
Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
Relocation: $15,000 individual / $20,000 family
Employment: 3-year contract with retention and performance bonuses
Time Off: 4.5 weeks PTO + 10 paid holidays
Position Highlights

- Provide acute, chronic, and well care for complex pediatric patients \n
- Work with a largely Yupik Alaska Native population with unique health needs \n
- Manage asthma, chronic lung disease, congenital heart disease, ADHD, seizure disorders, and more \n
- Stabilize and transport critical patients; occasional participation in medevac flights \n
- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists during Bethel clinics and occasional village visits \n
- Support a team caring for 2,000+ pediatric patients across 58 rural communities \n
