Obstetrics & Gynecology, Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician- Penn Medicine| Lancaster, PA

Position Description:

Penn Medicine is seeking a Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician to join our established, collaborative practice at Lancaster, PA. Our practice provides high-quality, comprehensive care for a diverse patient population in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Practice Highlights:

• Team: 3 MFM physicians, 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and an on-site genetic counselor
\n
• Schedule: 4-day workweek, 10-hour dayssupporting work-life balance
\n
• Patient Population: Diverse, complex, and rewarding cases

Responsibilities:

\n
• Provide high-risk obstetric care across the spectrum of maternal-fetal medicine
\n
• Perform consultations, outpatient management, and procedures as appropriate
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including genetic counseling, OB/GYN, neonatology, and support staff
\n
• Participate in teaching, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives as opportunities arise
\n

Minimum Requirements:

\n
• MD or DO
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine
\n
• Eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania
\n
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
\n
