Highlights include:

\n - $700,000 + bonus based on RVU production
\n - $100,000 sign-on bonus
\n - $100,000 total retention bonus (paid over 5 years)
\n - Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary)
\n - 33 days of time off
\n - 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
