Join us in Lake City, FL (45 minutes from Gainesville) as a staff Geriatrics physician with Veterans Health Administration!

\nOpportunity highlights:

- Will start floating inpatient Community Living Center units working with nurse practitioners and other staff (100% Inpatient) \n
- Eventually, it will cover a 40 patient short-term rehab and skilled nursing working alongside NP's and other staff \n
- Exceptional schedule-work Monday to Friday 8-4:30 (walk out the door at 4:30 without logging in at night) \n
- Shared call once every 11 weeks (likely tele-triage only when on) \n
Our ideal candidate/requirements:
\n- \n
- BE/BC Geriatrics, will consider BE /BC FM or IM with Geri interest or training \n
- Possess one current, active, unrestricted medical license in any US state \n
- New grads welcome to apply \n
- Non-citizens can be considered only in the absence of US citizen candidates \n
- MD/DO from an accredited institution \n
- Completion of a full US residency program (or non-US followed by 5 years verified practice in the US \n
