MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Collection Manager to join our team in Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide collection management expertise / proficiency / know-how to enable collection requirements management, collection operations management, and multi-intelligence (multi-INT) collection strategies in support of organizational intelligence and operations planning efforts
\n
• CONUS travel may be required for up to 25%

\n

Minimum Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years’ experience OR High School and 8+ yrs experience OR Associates and 6+ yrs OR experience OR Master's and 2+ yrs experience OR PhD and 0+ yrs experience
\n
• Experience in collection management
  \n
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n
• 2+ years of collection management experience
  \n
\n

Clearance Requirements:

\n
• Must have a current TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
\n

Physical Requirements:

\n
• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
\n
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery
\n
• Communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
