Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child Psychiatrist to join our team in a PHP/IOP role based in Murrieta, California.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for delivering psychiatric care within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Key duties include:
- Conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations
- Managing medication regimens
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to create and implement personalized treatment plans
- Promoting patient stability and recovery

Compensation and BenefitsThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. Please note that this figure reflects base compensation only and does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
