Location: Across Lorain and Cuyahoga County
Pay: $45-$50/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 40 hours+/week

Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for all over Lorain and Cuyahoga County and the surrounding area.

Commercial HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:

\n
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial HVAC service tech experience
\n
• Must have clean driving record and be insurable under company auto policy
\n
• Clean background and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
\n

Commercial HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:

\n
• Job scope ranges from doing preventive maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting, removing or installing a new system
\n
• Repair refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, control systems, and humidity and temperature control systems.
\n
• Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairing of commercial/ industrial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
\n
• Installation of RTU/AHU/Split Systems, boilers, hot water heaters
\n
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of basic refrigeration & heating systems part/components and their applications.
\n
• Read and understand equipment wiring diagrams and be able to troubleshoot and repair based on the above knowledge.
\n

Commercial HVAC Service Technician Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $45 - $50/hr (Based on Experience)
\n
• $1k sign on-bonus
\n
• Work Schedule: 40 hours/week
\n
• Payment: Weekly, direct deposit
