- The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides technical nursing care to Residents within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), working collaboratively with the nursing team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LVN may also assume the role of a charge nurse. \n
Location: Near Greenville, CA (rural California)

Salary Range: $29.16 - $41.57 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00

Job Status: Full-Time, benefited

Shift Information: Night Shifts are 3, 12-hour shifts

Qualifications:
\n- \n
- \n
Minimum of 1 year experience as an LVN
\n - \n
Current California LVN license
\n - \n
Graduate from an accredited LVN program with an associate degree or equivalent
\n - \n
Current CPR Certification
\n
\n - \n

Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- \n
Organize and supervise shift responsibilities
\n - \n
Participate in resident care planning, implementation, and evaluation
\n - \n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
\n - \n
Maintain accurate narcotic records
\n - \n
Review medication information for completeness
\n
\n - \n
