DESCRIPTION: Seeing Employees and their Dependents
\nGreenfield, IN: NP or PA, Ages 6weeks and up, MA also onsite, Wellness programs, Dispensing
\n12/23, 1/3, 1/16 7a-4p all shifts
\n1/26, 1/30-2/2 7a-6p all shifts
\n\n
DESCRIPTION
\nOn-site clinics for employees and family members
\nAges 6 weeks and up, seeing employees and their dependents
\nAvg 2-3 patients per hour
\nPossible 2nd location (can be done virtually at the clinic)
\nPrimary Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care
\nEMR: eCW (eClinicalWorks)
\n\n
\n
REQUIREMENTS:
\n2-5 years of APP experience in a clinical setting
\nExperience in Urgent Care or OccMed is a plus
\nBLS and/or ACLS required
\nIN Active State License
\nMust be comfortable with all ages
\n\n
