DESCRIPTION:
\n Ages 2+
\n EPIC experience helpful
\n Minimum of 1 year experience

Providing a wide range of primary care and health and wellness services including treatment for illnesses and injuries, exams, labs, immunization, health education, and other services.

REQUIRED:
\n · OR license; active, unrestricted
\n · Board Certified
\n · DEA Required
\n · Certifications- BLS

COMPENSATION:
\n · Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
