Responsibilities\n

The selected candidate will perform testing and laboratory procedures across multiple departments, including:

• Chemistry
\n
• Hematology
\n
• Coagulation
\n
• Urinalysis
\n
• Blood Bank
\n
• Microbiology
\n

\n

Additional responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Quality control and quality assurance activities
\n
• Instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
\n
• Specimen processing and analysis
\n
• Accurate documentation and reporting of results
\n
• Compliance with laboratory and regulatory standards
\n

Qualifications Required\n

\n
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
\n
• ASCP or AMT Certification
\n
• Ability to work independently as a Generalist across all core laboratory sections
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care
\n

Preferred\n

\n
• Previous hospital laboratory experience
\n
• Generalist experience in a community hospital setting
\n
• Blood Bank experience
\n
