Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Full-Time or Part-Time | Hybrid | Western MA
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing clinical team serving clients in Northampton and surrounding towns. This role offers a flexible schedule, strong administrative support, and opportunities to grow into a full-time caseload.
\nCompensation:
\n • $85+ per billable hour
\n • Signing bonus available
Schedule:
\n • Monday–Friday
\n • Flexible hours
\n • Hybrid/partial remote
Key Responsibilities:
\n • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
\n • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
\n • Monitor data and adjust programming as needed
\n • Provide parent training and clinical support
Qualifications:
\n • Master’s degree required
\n • BCBA certification and state license required
\n • 1+ year ABA experience preferred
