• Oversee and direct the nursing department

• Formulate and execute nursing policies and procedures

• Recruit, train, and retain skilled nursing personnel

• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and current staff competencies

• Evaluate clinical outcomes and uphold compliance standards

• Serve as a bridge between residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Encourage a culture of dignity, respect, and compassionate care

• Valid RN license in New York State

• At least 5 years of nursing experience in long-term care settings

• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory nursing position

• Strong clinical expertise and demonstrated leadership capabilities

• Exceptional communication and team-building skills
