Alpine Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Lead Veterinary Technician! As Lead Veterinary Technician, you will provide guidance and oversight to our team of Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants, while continuing to perform hands-on technical duties. This position is ideal for technicians with high emotional intelligence, a talent for building positive team culture, and excellent multitasking and time management skills. This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and on-call 1 weekend every 6 weeks. Full-time benefits and compensation**:\n
\n - Compensation: $23-25 per hour, for each hour worked*
\n - Shift differential for certain hours on weekends and daily rate on weekends + emergency pay
\n - Bonus package: $500-$2,000 based on experience and licensure
\n - CE allowance: Up to $1,000 annually based on licensure

Minimum qualifications and skill set:\n
\n - 2+ years of veterinary technician experience
\n - Active and good-standing Licensed Veterinary Technician in the state of Montana
\n - Proficiency in the following skills:\n

\n - Training and mentorship
\n - Anesthesia induction/monitoring
\n - Monitoring Hospital Flow
\n - Assisting on the floor wherever needed
\n - Outpatient care
