Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager
Job Description
Our organization is seeking a Unit Manager to join our team in Monsey, NY.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all supervisory functions for the designated unit
Assist in the development and execution of employee policies and procedures
Guide and mentor junior nursing staff, providing clinical and career guidance
Ensure that care standards are upheld within the unit
Examine resident records and assess the quality of care provided
Monitor overall care and evaluate individual resident cases
Address inquiries or concerns raised by residents or their families
Advocate for the unit’s interests with upper management
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid RN or LPN license from the state
Preferred: 3 years of experience in Long Term Care
Preferred: 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse
Proficient computer skills are essential
Strong communication abilities are required
