What We Provide
  • RN Salary Range: $38 - $44, depending on experience
  • LPN Salary Range: $30 - $36, depending on experience
  • RN Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 (disbursed in increments, with the final payment after six months of successful employment)
  • LPN Sign-on Bonus: $8,000 (disbursed in increments, with the final payment after six months of successful employment)

Position Overview

The RN/LPN Nurse will assist the Director of Nursing and may assume many of their responsibilities in their absence. This role is ideal for a nurse aspiring to step into a leadership position or elevate their career. It offers a balanced mix of clinical duties and staff management, guiding caregivers, medication technicians, and other team members in fulfilling resident needs and delivering outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to the community's philosophy and comply with policies/procedures and state regulations
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the caregiving staff
  • Train staff on medication administration and other caregiving responsibilities
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted RN/LPN license in the state
  • Maintain continuing education unit (CEU) requirements
  • Proficient computer skills
  • A genuine passion for working with seniors!
