OB/GYN Laborist Position

Position Overview

We are currently looking for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN Laborist to join our team in Mountain View and Los Gatos, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work seven (7) 24-hour shifts each month, with a flexible scheduling option.
  • Provide coverage for eleven (11) Obstetricians.
  • Manage an average of three (3) deliveries during each 24-hour shift at El Camino Hospital.
  • Conduct rounds for all inpatients, including postpartum and antepartum patients, averaging 5-10 patients daily.
  • Access to backup support from UMP Obstetricians and the OB Hospitalist Group on-site.

  • A Level 3 NICU
  • 24-hour dedicated Anesthesiologist for Labor & Delivery
  • 24-hour Neonatologist
  • 24-hour Pediatric Hospitalist
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive full-time compensation package that includes:

  • A two-year base salary guarantee with total annual compensation of $335,510 for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE).
