Position OverviewWe are currently looking for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN Laborist to join our team in Mountain View and Los Gatos, CA.
Key Responsibilities- Work seven (7) 24-hour shifts each month, with a flexible scheduling option.
- Provide coverage for eleven (11) Obstetricians.
- Manage an average of three (3) deliveries during each 24-hour shift at El Camino Hospital.
- Conduct rounds for all inpatients, including postpartum and antepartum patients, averaging 5-10 patients daily.
- Access to backup support from UMP Obstetricians and the OB Hospitalist Group on-site.
El Camino Hospital features:
- A Level 3 NICU
- 24-hour dedicated Anesthesiologist for Labor & Delivery
- 24-hour Neonatologist
- 24-hour Pediatric Hospitalist
We offer a comprehensive full-time compensation package that includes:
- A two-year base salary guarantee with total annual compensation of $335,510 for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE).
