Overview of the Role and Qualifications Essential Qualifications:- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be acquired within 30 days of starting employment
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate Degree or a diploma in Nursing
