Job Description
We’re seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant reliability, drive operational efficiency, and support a high-performing production environment. In this role, you’ll oversee maintenance operations, manage spare parts inventory, ensure maximum uptime of production assets, and maintain facilities with a strong commitment to occupational and food safety standards. You’ll also play a key role in plant upgrades, process improvements, and execution of capital projects, helping maximize output and unlock additional capacity. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager and is a key member of the site’s Operations Leadership Team.
