Description GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director for Community Prevention and Treatment Services (CPTS) Program(s) is responsible for oversight, implementation, and continuous program improvements for HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C primary medical care, medical case management, behavioral health integration, prevention, outreach and support services-designed to improve health outcomes for people living with or at-risk for HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, and/or other Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI). Central to this role is the development, implementation, and monitoring of processes, systems and protocols that support program planning, fiscal management, supervision, and evaluation of the activities related to HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C (HCV), prevention and outreach programs.
