\n Job Summary:\n
\n\n The Shift Maintenance Technician supports the production team by maintaining equipment, assisting with machine setups, resolving production issues, and ensuring quality standards are met. This hands-on role is critical to the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing operations.\n

\n\n Job Duties:\n

- Maintain and troubleshoot production and material handling equipment \n
- Assist with equipment startup and shutdown processes \n
- Inspect products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications \n
- Support machine setup and adjustment for various product models \n
- Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and team-focused work environment \n

\n\n Pay:\n
\n\n $20.00 – $52.00 per hour, depending on experience\n
\n\n Schedule 2nd shift Monday-Friday 10:50pm-7:00am\n

\n\n Experience or Skill Requirements:\n

- 6+ months of mechanical, maintenance, or production-related experience \n
- Ability to perform equipment setups and basic troubleshooting \n
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting \n
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures \n
- High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training a plus \n
