Location: Aurora Sinai Medical Center, 945 N 12th St, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Compensation: Annual salary ranging from $459K to $460K, with the potential for an additional $125K in student loan forgiveness or signing bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Join a dynamic practice consisting of five MFM specialists.
  • Primarily work at Aurora Sinai Medical Center, with opportunities to engage with other facilities in the Greater Milwaukee area.
  • Enjoy the flexibility to travel to various Advocate Hospitals, accommodating different patient needs.
  • Remote coverage for MFM services available at select locations.
  • Receive support from Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Contribute to three tertiary obstetric centers within the Advocate Health Care System in Wisconsin.
  • Participate in a network with three Level III NICUs and four Level II NICUs across Wisconsin.
  • Provide care for over 12,000 deliveries at 11 birthing centers in Eastern Wisconsin.
  • Minimal on-call responsibilities from home, with a 1:6 call rotation, including nights and weekends.
  • Collaborate with over 100 OBGYNs within the system in Wisconsin.
  • Be part of the largest MFM program in the state.
  • Work alongside additional specialists, including Urogynecology, REI, and Gyn/Onc.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
  • Engage with a nationally recognized organization that features a physician-led medical group and integrated service lines.
  • Leverage DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool that enhances workflow efficiency.
  • Contribute to an environment that prioritizes safe and equitable patient care.
About Aurora Sinai Medical Center
  • Serves as an obstetrical tertiary care center, accepting referrals and high-risk maternal transports from across the Aurora system and southeastern Wisconsin.
  • Features an OB Hospitalist program with 24-hour onsite coverage.
  • Hosts an independent OB/GYN residency program, providing extensive clinical and educational opportunities.
  • Acts as a clinical clerkship site for the University of Wisconsin Medical School in OB/GYN.
  • Offers on-site pediatric cardiology services.
  • Provides NICU critical care transport and advanced care for high-risk neonates.
  • Functions as a maternal cardiac critical care center.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
