We are looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join our well-established team at a health center located in Farmington, Missouri, just about an hour from St. Louis.

Hospital Affiliation

Role Purpose

The physician will deliver professional medical services within their specialty, focusing on direct patient care while also managing related duties such as completing medical records, providing consultations, and collaborating with advanced practice providers and care team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the medical care of your patient panel by providing or arranging inpatient hospital care, either through regular rounds or by coordinating with hospitalists or other qualified physicians.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and care team members to ensure optimal patient care outcomes at designated clinic locations.
  • Perform and document medical histories and physical examinations in accordance with hospital medical staff bylaws.
  • Provide or arrange call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient care, adhering to all policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with and mentor advanced practice providers and support staff involved in patient care.
  • This position is classified as safety-sensitive, requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.
Minimum Requirements
  • Education: Doctorate in Medicine.
  • Experience: No supervisory experience required.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in the relevant specialty; Licensed Physician.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-5 years in the field.
