Key Responsibilities- Work in an inpatient acute psychiatric unit
- Manage a patient load of 12 to 14 individuals per shift
- Provide care for patients with anxiety, mood disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, and psychotic conditions
- Conduct group therapy sessions and administer pharmacotherapy
- Experience with involuntary commitments and the application of restraints is essential
- Maintain a follow-up to new evaluations ratio of 4:1
- Average patient length of stay is approximately 10 days
- Hourly pay ranges from $185.00 to $220.00
- Compensation estimates may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications
