Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and monitor patient conditions while implementing suitable care plans.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Accurately document patient care activities in a timely manner.
- Provide leadership and support to the patient care team during your shifts.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar setting.
- Active Registered Nurse license in Illinois is mandatory.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) are required.
