• Evaluating and monitoring patients' physical conditions
• Gathering and documenting essential information for patient care planning
• Actively listening to patients and providing suitable responses
• Identifying necessary interventions to achieve desired surgical outcomes
• Foreseeing potential issues and adapting to surgical procedures
• Maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and supplies
• Assessing nursing interventions and re-evaluating patient conditions

To thrive in this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Registered Nurse License in the State of California
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• A minimum of two years of experience in an operating room setting
• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, colleagues, physicians, and support departments
