- Evaluating and monitoring patients' physical conditions
- Gathering and documenting essential information for patient care planning
- Actively listening to patients and providing suitable responses
- Identifying necessary interventions to achieve desired surgical outcomes
- Foreseeing potential issues and adapting to surgical procedures
- Maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and supplies
- Assessing nursing interventions and re-evaluating patient conditions
To thrive in this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Registered Nurse License in the State of California
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- A minimum of two years of experience in an operating room setting
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, colleagues, physicians, and support departments
