Manage care for critically ill and premature infants, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and neonatal research nurses. Support stabilization, treatment planning, and continuous intensive care for complex neonatal cases. Engage in evidence-based, individualized patient care. Participate in clinical decision-making and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Work flexible 24-hour shifts, supporting a dynamic, high-volume NICU. Mentor and support new nurses and practitioners, fostering a collaborative team environment. What You Need: Current Georgia RN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification. Experience in neonatal intensive care preferred but not required—new graduates welcome. Excellent clinical skills, compassionate approach, and ability to work in a high-acuity environment.
