ServiceNow Engineer

ServiceNow Engineer (Hybrid) Primary Location: Houston, Texas V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a ServiceNow Engineer for our premier client in Houston, Texas. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Job Responsibilities: Create and maintain Script Includes, REST/SOAP integrations, scheduled jobs, and custom applications using ServiceNow best practices. Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping (preferred). Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Configure and customize workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and notifications. Create technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration documentation, and knowledge articles. Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, Integration Hub integrations, and automation workflows. Troubleshoot platform issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. Support platform upgrades by analyzing impacts, remediating customizations, and performing regression testing. Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards, governance, security, and platform best practices. Interested?
