Job Description
Summary: Lead and supervise maintenance and production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, workforce scheduling, and union skilled trades while driving performance in safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost. Monitor maintenance effectiveness, analyze operational data, enforce health and safety standards, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to optimize equipment performance, control maintenance costs, and implement corrective actions.
