How you'll contribute
\n
A Behavioral Health RN who excels in this role:
\n
\n - Assesses patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies
\n - Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc
\n - Will also oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team
\n - RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration
\n

What we're looking for
\n
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
\n
\n - Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
\n - Licenses: Must have a current Arizona or compact multi-state RN license.
\n - Education: Associate's degree required. BSN preferred.
\n

Copper Springs East is a behavioral health hospital located in Gilbert, Arizona, serving the East Valley and greater Phoenix metropolitan area. The facility provides inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment for adults in a safe, structured, and compassionate environment.

Our comprehensive levels of care include inpatient psychiatric treatment, medical detox, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), allowing patients to receive the right level of care at the right time in their recovery journey. Copper Springs East also offers Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) as part of its advanced treatment options for individuals with severe or treatment‐resistant mood disorders.

The hospital offers 24/7 walk‐in access, ensuring immediate support for individuals experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis.
