Position Overview
\nAs a Cardiologist at Clarksburg VA, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across both inpatient and outpatient settings, supported by a collaborative and highly skilled team.
\nKey Responsibilities Include:
\n- \n
- General cardiology clinical care: inpatient consults, outpatient consults, and clinic \n
- Perform and interpret: \n
- Echocardiography \n
- Exercise & pharmacologic stress testing \n
- Holter monitoring & ECGs \n
- Diagnose and manage arrhythmias and complex cardiac conditions \n
- Participate in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation in the electronic health record \n
- Engage in peer review, committees, and continuous quality improvement \n
- Maintain excellence in clinical care, leadership, and communication \n

Preferred Experience:
\n- \n
- Board Certified \n
- VA experience is a plus \n
- Advanced cardiac imaging and TEE/TTE expertise highly desired \n
Core Clinical Privileges Include:

- Comprehensive cardiac evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment \n
- ECG and ambulatory monitor interpretation \n
- Cardioversion, stress echocardiography \n
- Hemodynamic monitoring and catheter management \n
- Temporary pacemaker placement \n
- Central line and arterial access procedures \n
- ICU-level cardiac care management \n
