Position Type:Full-Time (1.0 FTE)\n

- Shared panel model utilized. Small portion of FTE is allocated to support inbox management and/ supporting intake assessments for level of care determination. \n

Schedule:Monday- Friday 8:00- 5:00 PM\n

Requirements
\n- \n
- Minimum of 2 years Behavioral Health experience required \n
- 5 years of Behavioral Health experience strongly preferred \n
- Board Certified as a PA-C or PMHNP \n
- \n
- Requirement for NPs: PMHNP \n
- Graduate-level experience for PAs (not clinical rotations) \n
\n - State of Michigan License* \n
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and engagement \n
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) \n
- DEA license \n
- BLS and ACLS certified and maintained \n
Duties & Responsibilities
\nA typical day may include:

- Providing direct patient care \n
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams \n
- Participating in teaching and mentoring \n
- Documenting in Epic EMR \n
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives \n
- Supporting community health efforts \n
- Supporting management of inbox \n
