Salary: $325,000–$350,000 + productivity bonus + sign-on bonus

Position Overview\n

Adirondack Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pathologist to join our expanding pathology team in beautiful Saranac Lake, New York. This is a unique opportunity to practice general community pathology with a broad case mix and meaningful work-life balance in a supportive, collegial environment.

    Interpret surgical pathology, cytopathology, and clinical laboratory specimens

  • \n
  • \n

    Provide frozen sections and intraoperative consultations

  • \n
  • \n

    Participate in tumor boards, quality initiatives, and lab oversight

  • \n
  • \n

    Collaborate with multiple specialties in a full-service community hospital

  • \n
  • \n

    Subspecialty interests welcome (not required)

    Base salary: $325,000–$350,000 (commensurate with experience)

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • \n

    MD or DO degree

  • \n
  • \n

    Board Certified / Board Eligible in Anatomic and/or Clinical Pathology

  • \n
  • \n

    New York medical license (or eligibility)

  • \n
  • \n

    Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
