Registered Dietitian Clinical Diabetes Educator (days)

We are currently seeking a passionate Registered Dietitian to join our team as a Clinical Diabetes Educator. This position will be based in Alaska and will involve working daytime hours.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nutrition counseling to patients with diabetes
\n
• Develop and implement personalized meal plans
\n
• Educate patients on diabetes management strategies
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
\n

Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
\n
• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) preferred
\n
• Prior experience in diabetes education and counseling
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
