GA - NP shifts in Valdosta - July 6-17

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for July 6-17 at their Corporate Health clinic in Valdosta, GA. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and biometric screens. Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm with a 60-minute lunch break, and Friday 7:00am-1:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience to qualify for this assignment. Shift needs are July 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, & 17.\n
