\n As a Lumber Yard Associate you will be working to prepare telephone poles that will be shipped to every part of the country, often following a local natural disaster. You would be bringing communication back to these areas!\n

\n This full-time, temp-to-hire position is a great way to build your skills in a manufacturing setting. You will be working with hand and power tools as part of a close-knit team in the framing department.\n

\n Lumber Yard Associate Job Duties:\n
\n

  • Prepping telephone poles for treatment
    • \n
  • Drilling & tapping into lumber
    • \n
  • Cutting holes out for hardware
    • \n
  • Using hand & power tools
    • \n
  • Heavy lifting of 50lbs
    • \n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n You will be successful in this role if you are keen on punctuality, enjoy physical work, and work well on a team!\n
\n

\n
\n Schedule: Monday - Friday\n
\n
    \n
  • 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, sometimes 3:30 pm
    • \n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n Pay: $21-22 per hour\n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n Lumber Yard Associate Qualifications:\n
\n
    \n
  • Able to operate basic hand tools
    • \n
  • Able to read measurements
    • \n
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
    • \n
  • Prior experience working outside in the elements
    • \n
  • Highly punctual
    • \n
\n
