Expert CNO Developer

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Expert CNO Developer to join our team in Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

\n
• Manages designing, developing, documenting, testing, debugging, and maintaining hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.
\n
• Ensure compliance of software standards with security concepts and networks.
\n
• Communicate status with leadership and customers.
\n
• Ensure software standards are applied consistently.
\n
• Supervises and mentors subordinate project and ICON Innovation collaborative (IIC) staff.
\n
• Collaborate with other CNO Developers.
\n

Minimum Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 16+ years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 14+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 10+ years, OR a PhD with 8+ years of progressively responsible experience.
\n
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++ or Assembly (x86/x64) programming
\n
• CNO capability development experience
\n
• Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Linux, Mobile).
\n
• Troubleshooting / debugging experience
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n
• Degree in IT-related discipline
\n
• 9+ years of position-specific relevant experience
\n

Physical Requirements:

\n
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
\n

\n
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
\n
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
\n
• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
