Saint Luke's Health System is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Tier II Float Pool. This position will float to various Medical Intermediate units at multiple Saint Luke's facilities.\n

\nSchedule: Full Time, 36 hours, Days\n
\n
\nThe Medical Intermediate Float Pool is looking for an RN who wants to gain experience in various units while working in a variety of medical intermediate units at multiple Saint Luke's facilities. Opportunity to work with collaborative multi-disciplinary teams and a supportive leadership team.\n
\n
\nAccountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.\n
